Website Terms of Use:

Drago website may only be used for personal and legitimate buying and selling purposes.
Drago reserves the right to remove or modify any content as necessary.
Any type of fraud, illegal activity, or damage to the platform is strictly prohibited.

To use Drago, an account must be created with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Drago may suspend or cancel the account at any time if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
The customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her account.

 

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by the respective seller or Drago.
There may be slight differences in the product due to lighting differences or brand variations.
If there is an unintentional error in the information or price of a product, Drago reserves the right to correct it or cancel the order.

 

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬

Any offer, discount, or campaign is applicable subject to specific time and conditions.

The price may change without prior notice after the offer ends.

After placing the order, Drago may provide a call, SMS, or online confirmation.

If the customer does not confirm, the order may be canceled.

In case of suspicious orders, Drago reserves the right to cancel the order.

Drago offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment facilities (where applicable).

Special Note: If you refuse to pay at the time of delivery or repeatedly encounter this problem, this COD facility may be limited or stopped by Drago in the future.

 

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

Delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on location and circumstances.
Drago will not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to natural disasters, strikes, or any other natural situation beyond the control of the country.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬

Returns and refunds will be applicable as per Drago's Return & Refund Policy.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the specified time and conditions are not met or if the product is used, damaged, or destroyed by the customer.

All content, logos, graphics, and designs on the Drago website are the sole property of Drago.

Drago will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Drago platform. The seller shall bear the ultimate responsibility for the product.

Drago will be exempt from liability if the website is temporarily closed due to any technical issues.
